Made to respond quickly in emergency situations, the Trident Elite is equipped with SOG Assisted Technology (S.A.T.) opening mechanism and has an integrated belt cutter and glass breaker. Its tanto blade is recurved, and this model is black TiNi coated with a plain cutting edge. The handle is lightweight with glass reinforced nylon construction, grippy with rubber inserts, and strong with a nested stainless steel frame. SOG has outfitted the Trident Elite with an ambidextrous, low-carry pocket clip and locking safety switch.
